Mozzarella salad with hemp seeds
Vibrant, uplifting salad high in protein.
2 mozzarellas sliced
Fresh greens (any what you prefer, we like watercress or spinach)
1-2 Raw courgettes sliced (can be cucumber)
Red pepper chopped
7-10 cherry tomatoes
Black or green olives (we like black)
2 large spoons Green pesto
2 large spoons Black pumpkin oil
2 large spoons Hemp seeds
Simply put all in a large bowl and slightly mix together with oil and pesto. Decorate and make it irresistibly tasty with the black Pumpkin oil.
