What to Eat Before Training

A food rich in wholewheat carbs (quinoa, bulgur or buckwheat), easy to digest protein (nuts and seeds) and vegetable (greens as watercress or wild rocket or cucumber) combined in a salad (Jennifer Anniston salad in the picture) is a great to have before a training (at least 3-4 hours before).
