Single Session Cancellation Policy - No refunds will be given for cancellation of a single session. However, it is possible to reschedule a session, up to 24 hours before the session starts. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done by e-mail (email@example.com) or through Facebook. Giving as much notice as possible, ensures that anyone on a waiting list has an opportunity to attend instead.
Cancellation Policy for Packages -The packages are non-refundable.
Special offer - A free second session is offered to new clients but this needs to be used within one week of your first session and you must pre-book via e-mail or facebook. We reserve the right to change or withdraw special offers at any time with no notification.
Arrival Time - You should arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the class start time. You must let the instructor know about any health problems that you are having, including past injuries. At your first session, a Par Q form (The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) will be provided for you to complete.
Building Entry - Jumping classes are held at The Pheonix Centre, in a West Berkshire Council building and access is securely managed. Please make sure to arrive early, as once the class starts, the access will be limited.
Single Session - All sessions need to be booked in advance. You can choose to book and pay for a class in advance, through our website (Booking Online page), through Book Now on our Facebook page, or in person, subject to availability.
Monthly Packages - Packages can be ordered through our website, through 'Book Now' on our Facebook Page, via e-mail or in person. However, booking the sessions for the package should be done as soon as you have brought the package via e-mail or Facebook.
Due to the limited number of trampolines, sessions tend to fill quickly so some of the dates and times chosen (including the first) may already be full. In which case, alternative dates and times will be offered.
What to Bring
You should wear gym clothes and good trainers.
Please also bring a towel and a bottle of water, so you can keep hydrated during the session.
It’s also recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of the class.
All equipment to perform the exercises, such as trampolines, balls, weights and stretching bands are provided.
