3 bell peppers (red, yellow, orange)
Green spring onion
200-300g sunflower seeds
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tea spoons Caraway (grounded or add in before blending)
Cut the peppers on half
Fill with this special dip where you blend well all the ingredients: sunflower seeds, salt, fresh coriander and water. After blending add in: chopped cucumber, fresh spinach and chopped green spring onion, caraway. Mix well in a large bowl and fill with the mixture all the peppers. On top add more chopped cucumbers or green chopped onion.
