A block of sessions for your mini-me to get Jumping in a child friendly environment.
These classes are ideal for children and teens aged between 9 and 15.

Why Jump?
Keeping Active
This is an hour of activity ending in a calming stretch.
Jump is a fantastic way of staying physically active and offers the perfect level of challenge.
Physically active kids are more likely to be motivated, focused and successful in school; it is likely to encourage better sleeping habits and being physically active helps with promoting positive mental health!
Develops Coordination
Coordination is the ability to use different parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently.
Jump is the perfect activity to help improve coordination and agility.
We will learn new moves and rehearse them - sequencing together with different movements.
Great Fun!
Above all, Jumping is great fun! With brilliant music, varied choreography Jump-In Juniors is a great way to spend an hour!
Jump is a little bit different which makes it appealing to a wide range of children (and adults alike!)
