The Jumping fitness program offered, is not just random jumping on trampolines, but is a selection of highly coordinated exercises and a combination of fast and slow jumps, with variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and “power sports” elements. It has been thoroughly tested and has captivated Jumping fans from all over the world. Jumping is perfect for your body and has numerous benefits - it is high intensity and yet low impact on your joints. You can burn up to 1000 kcal each session, strengthen your pelvic floor, build your abs/six pack and get your full portion of endorphins, whilst still having fun!

I worked as a TV journalist and a newspaper columnist for the majority of my life. Once I had given birth to my two children, I was shocked by how much my body had changed, after pregnancy and an office lifestyle.
When I first tried Jumping, I knew that this was the sport for me! Since then, I have had a number of years of training with the best in the world, gained advanced training qualifications and cannot see my life without it.
My goal now, is to use my experience, to transmit the energy and joy of this sport to others.
Rosheene started off as a music journalist before trading it in to teach children as a Primary School Teacher. She stumbled across Jump and was instantly hooked. Through Jumping, she lost 3 stone and gained energy, motivation and confidence and strives to share a love of Jumping with others. She completed her World Jumping training in May 2019 and has been practising choreography in her head ever since…
Hi, I'm Martina and I'm very excited to join the Jump-In team! I have always had a close relationship with movement, mainly through dance and stretching exercises. Two years ago I was invited to try and jump on a trampoline. Well, you can imagine my reaction as I have given birth to four children... But I went for it and loved it. The energy, the fun, the sweat! I am now hold the qualifications for World Jumping and here I am! Ready to help you share the energy, fun and sweat, with some laughs along the way. We will have a great time together!
I came across jumping almost 4 years ago now and I knew instantly that this is it! I was never into going to the gym or running and I would always come up with any excuses to avoid exercise classes at school But when I started working in the office I thought I have to start moving! I completely fell in love with jumping and after my very first session I said "I WANT TO BE A JUMPING TRAINER!". Here I am couple of years later and I hope I can help you to feel the same way!
